ADVICE PLEASE: Really struggling with high spin and short driver distance

Hi all,

My swing videos are attached, for the driver i'm really struggling with hitting the driver low on the face and having very high spin (3k-4.5k+). Can anyone look at my swing and provide some advice and help me with the root cause. I do notice on video I lose structure on that front leg and I assume something is off with how I transfer my weight back and forth. Sorry for the slightly bad angle on the second video. Feel free to be direct and harsh, i've been working really hard on the swing but have been struggling.

yeah at one point I was pushed to get hand depth so my hands would get really far inside right away. I feel like I’m always under plane in a video from behind.

Yes and it’s hard to hit the ball solid when you do that and not solid is a big reason why your spin is high.

could you offer any advice on my lower body movement, please and thank you! I see some issues with holding my leg structure and maybe I need to keep my weight more centered / on lead side

You are moving your upper body towards target a great deal. This prevents you from

achieving a shallow/level/positive angle of attack. You shouldn’t allow your head to move forward here before the ball is gone.

This. @BadGolfer822 this is largely the same thing noted in your previous thread that I did a breakdown for. Monte is right in the "one step at a time" approach, because your body will always try to "correct" for hands/arms that are out of position. If you can get your arms and your path working much more neutrally you can then change other things, namely the very late shift (you don't fully load into your back leg until the very end of the backswing, it should be much much earlier) and the reverse pivot/tilt move previously discussed (your upper body straightens and loses all left tilt away from the target) which completely borks your ability to deliver the club "correctly" The compensations you're making for all these are leading to bad strikes which is the root of the spin problem as you noted.

thanks so much for this analysis, yeah same issue as irons, not sure why I’m struggling to much in correcting but that’s a good point to start with just the arms as I think I’m trying to change too much at once and going nowhere.
