Recommended alternatives to a tetchy m6 3H and a moon ball 5H?

Hi all. Hope you’re all in good health. So currently playing the original king ltd 4-5w set at 16.5, which is absolute gold at 230y, followed by a Taylor Made m6 3-5H set. Loft of 3H is 19, 4H is 22 and 5H is 25. The 3H I find easy to launch, but really tetchy and sprays pretty much anywhere, the 4H is again absolute gold at 200y, and the 5H a little high for my liking, but only a problem on windy days. So I’m thinking a 19-20 degree fairway wood to replace the m6 3H and an iron-like 5U to replace the m6 5H Got the iron set 5i, but way too inconsistent with it 🙄. Any thoughts/recommendations welcome. For reference. driver swing speed around 100-105 mph, 7i around 85-90 mph and handicap 12 owing to a lack of short game practice ☺️ and playing only 2-3 rounds per year 😞
