Cupped lead wrist with longer clubs

I have finally been hitting my irons good but now my 4 wood and driver are awful, low hooks for days. I hit a high draw with my 3 hybrid but woods are suffering. I saw a thread here where Monte said pushes and hooks actually come from an open club face at the top. Sure enough, didn't think about it, went to the top of my swing with a driver and my lead wrist was cupped. Is this caused by something like swng plane, flatter vs more upright clubs, flying trail elbow, back swing too long, etc or I just need to concentrate on physically flattening my lead wrist?

Looking at your latest videos from 4/14.... I'd say it's more about shifting way too late.  As the club gets longer, your weight pressure is probably even further back and causing you to flip the clubhead to make contact.  

 

Not much wrist hinge on the way back too.

 

I'd work on those 2 things. Wrist hinge earlier could change your position on top too, but I wouldn't force a bowed or flat wrist.

Since that video I have been really working to stop swaying in my backswing. I feel like my trail foot would slide at almost a 45° angle if there were no friction. Last weekend I had the best ball striking round in a long time, except for woods. I went for a lesson and was told I needed to tuck my trail elbow in towards my body more, it feels very weird, so I may just need to get used to it.

 

I just cannot get a good feel for weight/pressure shift at all. I have tried everything and it will probably be what makes me end up hanging it up for good.

Congratulations on the round last weekend. I know you've been struggling for a while.

 

It's going to be hard to find consistency if you try a bunch of stuff.  I'd stick with what got you hitting your irons so well. Then try only setup changes for woods to get it straighter. Hands more forward at address, ball position and not too much tilt away from target is where I'd start with setup. 

 

But hopefully you don't go down a rabbit hole. When you start getting positive results, it's best to be patient and stick with what's working.

My biggest issue so far, the rabbit hole. Thanks for the advice.
