Which Diamana

I recently installed a Diamana Blue Board 73s into my FT-i 9.5* and absolutely love it. Knocked down ballspin by roughly 450 rpm over the Alidla I had in it before. Now I'm looking at buying a Callawy FT 13* Tour 3 wood and am wanting to put a Diamana in it as well but don't know what will give me the performance I want. I want a penitraiting ball flight with low spin. I really don't care what the trajectory is as long as I'm not ballooning shots. I'm looking for 60/40 performance off the fairway/tee. I am willing to sacrifice a little distance to gain more control. Here are my numbers from a launch monitor session with the new Blue Board setup:
Swing Speed: 108.2
Launch Angle: 12.3
Ball Spin: 2953 with Bridgestone e5+
My tempo is quicker than average and I also have a quick transition.

I felt comfortable going with the Stiff in the driver and decided not to tip it. However, I am wondering if an X-Stiff in the 3-wood would be ok. The Red Board seems to be a solid pick for fairway woods, but I'm not sold on the active tip. Would tipping a stiff Red Board more than the std. 1/2" make the tip section stiffer AND the entire shaft perform stiffer? Thanks for any advice or experience you all have!

I would think tipping 1 inch, or more, would do the trick if 1/2" is the reccommended tip to keep it as stiff. I have a redboard in a CB2 and love it. It launches high and spins low, but that could also be the head. I also like a little more height and spin on a FW because I don't use it off the tee a lot...mostly trying to land soft on greens on par 5 second shots.

stiff 83 blue board tipped 1/2.. if yor playing it at 43''. want firmer action .75'' and let it fly... excellent fwy shaft..

I have an ion redboard 73S installed untipped but full bore in my 13° 906F2 (~2 3/4" depth) and it performs wonderfully - perfect workability both ways off the tee and easily elevated off the deck. i don't know off the top of my head what the BBGM of the FT Tour is but would think tipping a redboard ~.75"-1.25" would get you the performance you're looking for.
