GD Tour YS-Q shaft flex compared to Aldila NV...

Alright, so I've been looking into some new shafts for my TM r580XD, and I heard good things about the GD YS-Q 65...I can get it for $100 on eBay brand new, so I'm looking into that...right now, I have an Aldila NV75 Stiff shaft and I like the flight and everything, but the weight is heavier than I'd like...my swing speed ranges from around 102 on a normal swing to 110 if I really try to go after the ball...now with the GD shaft, I have no clue what shaft stiffness to get in the YS-Q...below is the specs for the YS-Q from Golfsmith's website...also, if I do buy the YS-Q, I would be putting a .335 shaft into a .350 tip...does anyone see any problem doing any of this? I heard that a clubmaker could fit the shaft with a "shim" or something, I'm not really sure, or use some sort of adapter...as far as the flexes go, which would be better for me? I don't want to make a mistake and go too stiff because I would be slicing everything, and my ball flight is really straight right now...I would say I have a swing tempo of average to fast, my course is generally better suited for roll than carry except one hole where you need to carry 240-250 over water...so anyways, the sepcs for the GD are right below, and the NV specs are below that...I'd appreciate any advice on the shaft installation and which flex I should get...also, this may be a stupid question, but what do the profile and torque really mean, or do in terms of the shaft's playability...I've never done any sort of club work so my knowledge about this stuff is minimal, if that...sorry for the long post, thanks though!
