Golf bag spray???

I think the spray is a good idea. When I have my bag to close to me when I hit the ball I might get some mud that shoots up on it and it is hard to get off sometimes.

303 Protectant is best.

It will help to protect from UV as well as make the bag easier to clean.
Also great for your car interior plastics and vinyl.

I use Kiwi Camp Dry Heavy Duty Water Repellent for my bag and shoes. Inexpensive, works well and easy to find.

I think I will probably use Camp Dry, but, I found this stuff called Ray and Rain (rayandrain.com), and it is about $70.00 for a gallon (you can buy a quart as well for $24). A gallon is said to cover 1500 square feet (quart 375 sq. ft.). I know that sounds crazy, but I have multiple golf bags and outdoor furniture cushions I could treat with it. It also says that it protects against UV/prevents fading, etc., which is a good attribute because of the AZ summer sun.

 

I was just wondering if anyone had any experience with it. Ill start a separate thread to see if anyone has tried it. Im just curious.

I think the golf spray is the same thing as ScotchGuard just re-branded.

Rustoleum never wet is really good stuff, but may discolor some fabrics.
