Great bag, love the all Titleist. Quality bag all the way.

Do you think it is a big difference in feel and forgiveness between CB and MB 710? I mean you decided to go with a mixed set. Did you have to custom order the set or did you go to a store like Edwinwatts and told them that you want to buy 3-6 CB and 7-PW MB and they said like "Okay, here you go".

Cool stampings, I really want to do that on my wedges but I don't know how. How did you do to get your letters to look that cool?

What do you think about the stock Voodoo shaft in your F3? Penetrating ballflight? How is the feel compared to a real one or your NV that you have in your driver. Do you recommend the Voodoo shaft?

I am probably buying a 909F2 with a Voodoo shaft and I wanted to check with you.

Do you ever feel that you are missing one club? Like a 18* hybrid or 18* 5wood?

i did it by feel.. i originally had 710 AP2s. they felt alright but felt something was missing. hard to feel the ball. as for the mb &cb. well.. i always loved the feel of blades. on the scoring irons, they feel really really good, better than the CB's did on the shorter irons. But when you are going at it from 170 yards and out... the longer irons i just felt like the MB blade on a 3 and 4 iron was just a little but unforgiving. my launch numbers were okay , getting them up in the air wasnt the problem, it was more of a control thing. i have a draw that works well for me but the MB longer irons were a bit more incosistant for me. so i custom ordered the 4 longer CB's and 4 shoter MB's and traded my brand new AP2s straight up.

Stamping is hard... but once you know how to do it.. they start to look better. this was my first run at it and i know the next time i do them, they will look even better. i wanted to do something different. the TG with my middle initial dropped down in the middle looked cool on paper.. hard to get it to look as good on the wedges tho!

Let me tell you something about this F3.. it is simply the best club in the bag. i can hit it straight, i can have a draw and i can bend it hard to the right. off the tee, off the fairway and even out of the rough it just explodes off the club face straight as an arrow. it seems pretty forgiving too. i tried the F2 and found the ball flight to be a bit too high and bloonish at the end. to be honest the stock voodoo was the best of the 5 shafts that i tried. i just love this club. i dont like the voodoo in the 909's though. cant get that same feeling i have with this 909F3

Sometimes. but i feel im long enough off the tee even with a 3 wood that theres not many times where im faced with a shot that i cannot reach the green. from 220 in i use my irons. out side of that i choke up on the F3 and its good from 225-260 in the case of a 225 yard par 3 or something like that... heck id jsut have to muscle up a 3 iron or soften up on the F3. but this is a rare case not often enough to drop a wedge or the 3 iron from the bag. some of the best players in th world will tell you the more range you have in wedges the better off you are. they are the scoring clubs.

Whats the loft on the pw? Probably 47/48? Drop the 50 and get a 2 iron in there..! :p
[/quote]

its a 47* PW- its my 125-30 yard full wedge. My 50* is my full 100 Yard shot and i use it for green side chips. a bit more bite on it than the 47* MB, and a lot less loft than the 56* to keep it down. my chipping style is between a flop and bump and run shot. i like to get them up a bit then roll out close to the hole.

Also i was thinking about stamping my MB's like my wedges but with smaller punches? a 1/8th punch. What do you all think?

Good call on doing a combo of MB and CB. I work at a golf shop, and a lot of players' egos won't let them compromise. Great looking set-up!

Thanks! the feel is exceptional on the MB's for precise shot making on the shorter scoring irons...CB's feel great too but a little more difficult to muscle a MB 3 iron from 200 yards out and be precise ;)

Early in hand photos of the new GT2 models t the truck.  As soon as they show up on the range in player's bags we'll get some better from the top photos and hopefully some comparison photos against the last model.
