Tips/Pointers/Things to work on?

Most misses are a push fade with Driver...and most short/mid iron misses are a touch thin and little push

I think a big reason why your misses are pushes is because you slide your hips into the ball. Work on rotating the torso more in the down swing and keeping your butt the same distance away from the ball from set up to top of backswing, to half way down (when you are lagging the most). It's a problem I struggle with and it's not easy to correct, but rotating is a lot more consistent than sliding - believe me. Other than that it looks like a powerful swing!

Edit: Also noticed that your 7 iron face on has the ball pretty far up in the stance. This will also cause you to slide more as you have to chase after the ball. Try moving the ball back to the middle of your stance.

Also another tip - while trying to rotate, try to keep your weight and head more centered when you take your back swing. That way when you turn back to the ball, you won't have to adjust where the club strikes the ground too much.
