Where to go in Albuquerque?

I'm in Albuquerque for the next few weeks and am in the market for a new driver. However, I need to test some out before I can decide on one. Anyone know where I can go here in Albuquerque to get on a golf monitor to test out a few clubs? i googled Golf Galaxy, Dicks, etc and couldn't find a decent golf store. Any input would be great.

I just got out here last week so I'm still trying to find my way around places. I definitely want to play that Paa Ko Ridge course while I'm out here. I've heard great things about it. I haven't played an actual round of golf since September so I would be extremely rusty lol.

That sounds like fun. I'm game as long as you don't mind me being a little rusty. I'm normally a 10 handicap but like I said I haven't played a round in over 6 months. Been to the range and putting green once since I've been out here lol. Think you could squeeze one more in on your tee time? I'll go ahead and shoot ya a PM.

Paa Ko is excellent, beautiful scenery, it has been a hard winter on the Mt though and I"m not sure what kind of shape it is in. South is an excellent course and from the back tee is very difficult. Play both.

I called them today to find out how the course is, and they said its pretty nice, no snow on the course and its nice and green, just gonna be cold as hell when I tee off at 9:11. Like 32 degrees cold, which is way colder than what I play in here in AZ.

I can only play on Sat though, and only 18 holes, even though Id love to play all day. Got a nephew in laws bday party to go to at 3, and I'll get de-balled if Im not back in time.

I fly in tomorrow morning, and fly out Sunday around 7PM.

Paa Ko Ridge was absolutely STUNNING! By far my favorite layout Ive ever played. Conditions were vaery playable and the greens rolled fast and true. Outstanding customer service from all the employees, it was just damn cold.

Wish I could have hit the course with you that day. I plan on giving it a go in the near future though.

Yeah, I'll be out there again shortly, just dont know if I'll be able to afford it. The rates go from $59 to $115 on weekends after april 15, and its 89 on weekdays. I might be able to swing it for the twilight rate of 59 on a weekday. FYI, they do have a deal where if you play twice, teh third round is free, and costco members can also buy $100 gift cards for $79.
