'86-'90 Titleist Tour Models, 2-PW, Steel

May be a tour set, handstamped on hosel.

I have gone back to the land of the cavity back and need to get these out of my room. It is a gorgeous set of Tour Models, the bullet back model. The set is 2-iron thru PW and is in very good shape. The soles are very clean, the grooves are near no wear at all, and the backs of the blades are very, very good for forged of this age. Titleist "Tour Flex" steel shafts remain intact throughout the set and the step pattern matches an S400 perfectly, by the way. They are gripped with Tour Wraps in very good shape, as well. The handstamping is on the rear of the hosel and is a tiny "7". I believe this is a custom grind number and possibly for a Titleist staffer. The Titleist people were unable to help me in this matter, so, if you know more about that little number, feel free to fill me in.
This set, just a few years back, would have been a $400 set due to condition and completeness, but times change. THE PICS DO NOT DO THIS SET ANY JUSTICE, AT ALL. I am looking to get $185/ shipped to your US address. I will listen to trade offers, but not really looking for any specifics. Always hot for Camerons, but who isn't. Sounds like what you see on the old Wilson Staff custom grind sets. I only wish that Titleist kept the same records that Wilson does on their custom stuff. Thanks for the info. Don't suppose you have any mojo you could send out into the universe to move these to someone else's bag?
