The TPHDs are by far the best driver and fairway shafts ever made.... for me anyway. They take a little while to get used to because they are balanced differently from other shafts...they "feel" heavier than they are. And they "feel" unbelievable. The previous TP7s were good as a fairway shaft, but these are different. You can pick up a pull for around $350, which is worth it, especially if you have a shaft sleve to change out heads...you will have it even when you change heads.

Golf equipment is a hobby and makes playing golf a little more fun for me. I love trying new stuff and the different feel you get when trying it. Im pretty happy with the set-up I have right now for the first time. Im not a millionare by any means, but I do find great deals on this stuff and usually buy it used. I take very good care of my stuff. I use iron covers and tape a lot to protect it..although it doesnt "look" cool to do that. I can normally resale my stuff at close to what I bought it for if I dont like it.

 

Im looking for some nice used Black Nickel 68s right now...it may be a while before I find some of those for a good price.
