Electric push carts with remote control..help

hi everyone. i usually walk 18 every sat..once in a while i will ride a cart.

was thinking of looking into those electric push carts with the remote control. these can be had for about $500 now.

any thoughts, experiences with these newer models? i figure its the perfect mix of walking and riding a cart!. now i can walk and not be as tired.

concerns are obviously weight (what happens if batttery runs out..is it still pushable by hand?)

how long the battery lasts, etc

thoughts, suggestions, reccommendations?

To what specific models are you referring?

i actually dont know any models yet.
it was just a general question in regards to electric carts.
do you have any recs?

I have an older Eagle Compac cart that I stole on Craigslist for $175. It rocks! For my skins game, I usually use my Sun Mountain V1 Pushcart. My buddy has the best of both worlds. It's a Sun Mountain electric cart. If the battery kicks, it rolls just as easily as my V1. It looks almost identical to the V1, but it has a motor! For some reason, Sun Mountain discontinued making these carts. His also doesn't have a remote. I've heard really good things about the Kangaroo brand. They are the top of the line, and their prices reflect that. Here's a video of mine, what's interesting, is that I emailed the company for an owners manual, they guy who responded is the guy in this video! how about this one? seems cheap compared to Kangaroo brands..

YOu need to concern yourself with repairs and available parts. I've had my second one for 4 years with no issues but it can be repaired in the US.

mgi make a great remote controlled buggy. they even have one now with a inbuilt gps system.
