why did my ad get pulled?

I just started a fs ad and it was taken down already. I closed an ad earlier today that I had originally put up 3 or 4 days ago. So it's not like I broke the 24 hour rule because the ad I closed I originally started over 24 hours ago...please inform..

Did you have any items from the previous ad? If so, you broke rule 3.

The 24 hour period starts when you close your ad, not when it was started.

Ok that makes sense then....I guess, maybe mods shud be a little more clear on the 24 hour rule. I understand 100% the opening of an ad, your product selling in an hour then closing that ad to reopen another, that makes sense. But not if the ad was opened 4 days prior and I have just not had the time to close the ad bc let's face it if your ad is older than 24 hours its pretty much history anyways.....

Sorry just my frustrated rant...(2 of my items sold before the mods pulled the ad so that's not bad)
