What kind of shaft did I just see?

Some kind of Diamana

In Tokyo for work, decided to browse a Golf Partners near my hotel.

Found an R9 SuperTri with a Mitsubishi Diamana shaft in it, but I've never seen one like this one. Wish I had my camera with me, might go back tomorrow to get a pic.

It was all black with white/silver writing. It had the flowers like the flowerband, but the flowers came down about 4-5" from the bottom of the grip. The Diamana logo (which is how I would know it's a 'whiteboard', redboard, etc) was in all black with white/silver writing. Down from the weight (70) and flex (x) it said "PROTOTYPE". Etched below that was the word "STINGER" and a number/letter. Something like P0160.

So, does anyone have any idea what I just saw?

Just put Diamana Stinger into the Search facility.... all will be revealed.

errrrgh..., what a waste .of that shaft ....., u sir , just found one the very best. buy it immediatly, throw that head away or pm me where u found it and ill get it. ,they are hens teeth.

The one girl in the shop spoke decent english. Basically, I'm pretty sure it was around 70,000yen.......Just for the shaft!!!

was in there at lunch time. 79000 for that puppy, shesh! thast way too high. (on the qt shes a good gal. get decent vol discount from her if anything in there takes ur fancy . i have one in an epon 101 black and an p tune. thye are awsome shafts. awsome......,

Yeah, took those pics around 10:45 this morning. Must have just missed you!! Ha!!

Too pricey for me, but it was fun to look.

that little shop gets some incredible stuff.. did y u ssee the crazy 9.5* with te longest yard 2 for 99 000 and the epon 101 longest yard 1 for 80 .. had my eye on those for a while but the specs are just a little wrong, if u need naything while ur here ask her.., fukuda- san her name,( top gal. ) and she can prob get it in thru the network . tell her u know "someone" thats a good custy of hers , and he told you t to ask for "ichi ban price pls"..., and u might just get a little something extra off. seriously they can access everyting in cpl of days.

Didn't get to hit it. It was a small store in downtown Tokyo....no range or anything.

I did give it a waggle or two, but that's it.
