Ping G15 vs S57

I have been playing for 3 years now. I have taken a bunch of lessons and range sessions. I have my hcp down to a 9 now from playing 4 days a week. My question is should I stay with the G15's or move to the S57's since you can get them at a great price? Will they improve my game? I am a desent ball striker but the weekest part of my game is distance with my irons.

If you are already using the G15's, I would stay with them if you are concerned about distance. They will probably go a little farther than the S57's. If you still want to upgrade, I would recommend the i15's. You should maintain your distance, but have a little smaller club that may suite your eye a little better and match the improvements you have made in your game.

I agree with the previous poster i went from G15's to I15's a year ago and it was a good transition however do get fitted i think the right fit improved my distance/ball striking more so than the clubs, cudos on practise and lessons thats what it took for me.

Get fitted - but you're choosing between a mini-van and a coupe here.

Thanks for the reply's guys. I talked to my instructor today about this. He suggested that I should not go out at get the S57's and stay with the G15's a while longer, at least through the winter. He also said later I can transition to the i15's to be able to shape my shots a little better.
