Meadow Brook in RI

Played Meadow Brook last Friday morning for the first time and it's a great track. Didn't think it was as hard as everyone has been telling me though. Difficult yes but I was expecting something completely different. Well worth the drive to play that's for sure.

If you didn't think Meadow Brook was hard go play "The Shattuck."

Meadowbrook is great. I play it all the time. Certainly tough, especially from the tips. You should have seen it a few years ago before new ownership. Completely different layout and the course was so hurting, you paid your green fees by the honor system. It is def worth the trip though.

Haven't been out there yet this season, but I really enjoyed the rounds I played there last year. While it is not the cheapest round of golf, I think it is pretty darn reasonablly priced given the quality of the course and its conditions. I too would recommend it to anyone.

Don't think $60 bucks which including a cart is expensive at all.

I played it last Thursday for the first time. It was $50 with cart and a lunch voucher. I was amazed at how inexpensive it was for the quality of the golf course. Well cared for grass and some of the best sand traps I have had the pleasure of hitting from (if that's possible). Weekend price is $60 with a cart. Can't beat it, I will definitely be making the trek from CT across the border to RI to play it more often.
