<p>Earlier this week I was reading through a popular golf magazine and ran across an article covering the opening of a kind of golf gym, one that has plasma TVs, stylish locker rooms, and a juice bar.

You have got to be kidding me?

This is exactly why Tiger and Rosie the Riveter are on at the top of the page; they know a lot about the #1 ingredient for success:<strong> HARD WORK</strong>, something that probably will never occur in the new fangled golf gym.

Rosie worked her butt off in a WWII factory to make sure that the good guys prevailed.</p>

 

<p>Tiger hasn't done much besides win 5 tournaments in a row earlier this year, including two majors. </p>

 

<p>Sure Tiger is one talented son of gun, but so is everyone else on the PGA Tour. <strong>So what separates him?</strong> His ability to out work every other top pro. </p>

 

<p>Think a little of the secret ingredient might help you shoot a lower score or maybe even help you win a club championship?</p>

 

<p>You bet. </p>

 

<p>We're not talking earth shattering stuff; of course the stuff that REALLY works rarely is. </p>

 

<p><strong>Most golfers could really benefit from little well planned, individualized golf conditioning programming.</strong> A few good dynamic flexibility, body awareness, and strength training drills, done with a purpose will pay huge dividends. </p>

 

<p><strong>Will you have to concentrate? </strong>

Absolutely. </p>

 

<p><strong>Will you break a sweat? </strong>

Most likely. </p>

 

<p><strong>Will it be worth your time?</strong>

No doubt about it!</p>

 

<p>An old coach of mine used to say <em>Boys, if it was easy everyone would be doing it.</em>. How right he was. Successes don't come easy, and neither does becoming a better golfer. Otherwise, everyone would be a good golfer.</p>

 

<p>So the choice is yours; you can either choose to put in some work like Tiger and Rosie or you can take up drinking wheat grass smoothies, while watching golf on a plasma TV in your stylish locker room. </p>
