people always making big fuss about hogan lag but if you get to the hands at waist high position on the down swing and lay off your club and look in the mirror you will see that hogan lag you always see in the picture and people always talk about.

You got it right and it's same with Sergio. Half of that is made by flattened shaft and it looks like lag in 2D images.

If I look in the mirror and lay off or have the club vertical nothing changed - same appearance, but it looks flat or steep - with the same amount of wristcock.. Maybe it is an illness all floatloaders have in common - since the the wrists go from float into drag loading in the downswing they are loaded to the max for maximum trigger delay. I think people with flatter backswings have only this option to produce a lot of power. If you have a much more upright swingplane and a longer duration for dragloading you maybe need only dragloading to produce the same amount of power.
