Mp 32 Or Tm 2005 Rac Tp

I think that I am down to these to clubs for my next set. The Mp 32's feel really good and Solid. But I think the Taylormade Cb Tp's are a little more forgiving. My question is this Will the lack of any offset at all in the Tm's really make that much of a difference when compared to the Mp 32's. I play to a 4 or Five handicap, and play 704 cb now. I hit those straight, and a small cut if I put a really bad swing on it.

The TP 2005 are great sticks. The 32's have had great reviews in the past. I have had the TP's since July and they are the most solid iron I have ever hit. They aren't as soft as the Mizuno's but aren't clicky either. I would try to determine which looks better to your eye at address. If you can demo both sets that would make it pretty clear in which set you will want to go with. Both are great choices!

well i would say go for the 32's. i own both the 32's and the TP MB's and while i know the MB's are not the CB's, they have roughly the same feel. i just love the overall feel and playability of the mizunos. for me they are forgiving enough but still point and shoot.

So the lack of any offset in those Tp's has not hurt your shot any.

I have a set of TP 2005 coming soon off Ebay and am anxious to hit them on the course. I have a set of MP-33's and am currently playing the MP-32's and have demoed the TP's twice. At the time of the demo I was playing the 33's and felt like the TP's were the closiest thing to the 33's that I had ever come across. I have found the 32's to be a whisper more forgiving than the 33's but I also thought that the 33's were a very forgiving blade that could be played by many more players. The TP's always did seem to haunt me and after attending a Nationwide tourney and noting how so many TM players had that club in their bag I acted on a wild hair and bid on some TM 2005's. I found that adjustment for the offset change to have little or no affect on the shotmaking.

I was in a similar dilemma and ended up going with the Taylormade TPs. I was a little scared to go to a full on blade like the mp-32 (despite the cut muscle, I still see it as a blade).

 

I'm pretty satisfied. I love the zero offset, it really helps me set up perfectly square to the target. And I've been playing really well since I put them in the bag. So to me, its a no brainer, go with the TPs.
