Need your opinion TM 300 iron tour

I need your opinion please. I never use talormade and I have some possibility to buy TM 300 serie iron forged (dirct from tour).

Its better than my actully callaway x14pro??

Excellent irons, I true classic. I still play a set and find them to offer the right mix between forgiveness and playable. They will be a bit more demanding than your x14 pro series irons. Drop me a PM if you decide not to take the deal, I would be interested! :beach:

The short answer is no. It really depends on your swing and ability. 2 completely different designs. The 300 forged is argueably one of the best designed "players cavity back" ever designed in my opinion. I would also say it is fairly demanding. The 300 forged will not be to forgiving if you hit it heavy. They have little bounce and the soles are very thin. That beautiful soft forging will not glance in the turf. It will dig in the turf and effect how the face hits the ball much more than the effect of the X14 pro.

Many other design differences also. Perimeter weighting is lessened, center of gravity, and more. That being said I have a set and I think it is one of the best designs ever for an iron. But you better be on your game. I switch from the 300 forged to the LT's and it helped me a lot.

Now for some props for the 300 forged. The toplines are minimal, the offset is also. The shape is slightly oversized without looking game improvement. At address you swear you have a blade in hand. Tour issued have no serial number on the 5 iron and are 2 piece Muira coin forged. Excellent irons, excellent designs. Could be some of the "last of the good ones" story now that Muira doesnt forge for OEM's.
