hard to tell but looks like you got a little reverse pivot.

Problems
1.right before you start your takeaway you bend your knees and sit down a little,pitting too much weight on your heels
2. you open the club face starting at about 7:00
3.too long a backswing
4.on your downswing your body races ahead of your arms
5 at impact you lose posture due at least partially to too much weight towards your heels before the takaeway.
6 during your follow through you really rotate an exaggerated amount


fixes
bend to ball correctly by standing up straight and then pushing back on your hip sockets in front of your body.you will feel your hamstrings stretch and your butt go up in the air.just before grounding your club bend your knees.

1.Try not to alter this bend of your knees on the backswing.
2 do not flare your right foot at all and cut down on the amount of flare in your left foot,say down to 15 degrees
3 until about 8:00 ,there should be no wrist movement at all.the hands just hold onto the club up until this point.

drills

swing and hit balls with a nerf football or a small beachball between your elbows.this will greatly aid you to keep your arms in front of your body during the swing

I personally thought your swing looked very good, but the one thing i would suggest you do is slow down your tempo in order to keep balance. When i watched your video my first thought was your finish position looked funny, so i slowed it down and saw that your left foot was twisted out of position.
