Mid December golf in MN

Can't believe its happening!!!!

Well I got my tee time all set for Sunday, Weather looks like its gonna be mid 40's and the sun is suppose to shine for awhile. Any one else in MN gonna get out and take advantage of this awesome mid December weather?? Cant wait for Sunday!!!!

I will give ya a 1/2 point.....Gonna be 45 deg and partly sunny on Saturday, Looks like the sticks are gonna come out for another round!!!!!!

We did 165 golfers on December 26th here in SE Wiscosnin. Crazy.

John-What impact (if any) does this late season play have on the turf/greens in the midwest?

I almost got out yesterday, but winds we gusting at 35-40 mph in MSP.

Nothing at our place. Ground really firm. Grass has stopped growing long ago.

Work commitments made it a little difficult, but I actually got to hit my new (new to me) hybrid outside on New Years Eve before the sun went down in a huge vacant area by my house. I have never hit outside that late in the year before. Praying for a mild winter and an early spring.
