For sure.... I wanna get into The Hoarders Society... Met a guy in the HS one day up there and got to try the beers only for the HS and I was straight up hating, they had a wine inspired sours with blackberries and a coffee smoking wood- or something like that, very impressive....!

Had some Founders Rubaeus last night and boy, that stuff is sweet. Pure raspberry ale is right. I guess it'll make for a nice "dessert beer" or something.

I'm so pissed about this release but it's good to see someone actually get a few. From the places I checked here in town it's sounding like fewer than 500 bottles made it to the greater PHX area I'm guessing fewer than 400 people were actually able to get a bottle. Total joke of a distribution here. Pretty much everyone was sold out in under 2 hours. Tough to get a beer unless you drop everything and run to the bottle shop and even that might not be enough.

Anybody ever been to the Sierra Nevada Taproom in North Carolina? I am making a trip down that way this weekend and thought about stopping by. Anything special at the taproom that can't be found in stores?

Their pale bock called Old Chico and their spiced stout called Rain Check. The bock is solid on a hot day. Haven't touched the spiced stout yet. Saving it for late football season/weather.

Yes. The have a 100 point Draft mag rated brett beer. Perfect for putting on the shelf for 5-8 years.

Decided to start with an Old Rasputin to kick off the game. 1st time having it and I think I found a new favorite amongst the non seasonal and limited release beers. Definitely something I will keep on hand year round just a really really good Imperial Stout.

I love Wicked Weed. I've been there a few times. I'm not planning to go into downtown Asheville on this trip though. Mills River is very close to my destination and wondered if it would be a cool place to make a quick stop?
