I want to trim standard shaft length by one inch to achieve a 45" club length. Is there a way to use existing weight port (it may be cosmetic and not functional) to add weight to get club to D4 -D5?

You can buy the weights eBay in different weights and you can install them with a # 21 or 22 security bit I can't remember or there is a seller on eBay that has a wrench also.

It definitely is functional, not cosmetic.

It uses a t-20 security torx bit

I've only seen 10gm versions of the weights available aftermarket (on ebay).

So how much weight you can add will completely depend on how much your current weight weighs. e.g. If the one you already have is 10 gms, then you've got no room for improvement. If it's 5 gms you can only add 5 (or ~2-2.5 sw pts, not enough to compensate for 3/4" cut off the length). Only way to find out is to pull the existing weight and actually weigh it.

TM will SW their irons for free so I assume they will do the same for the drivers (of course that means sending it off and not having it for a week or two).

The port is an excellent access point to have hot melt added if you have someone locally who can do it.

There are a few sellers on eBay that sell a generic wrench and all weights from 2-10 grams as a kit you just have to sift through them to find what you want or need. The original rbz weights will work as well.

I've done quite a few searches and only found the 10 gm for the rbz's. The only kits I've seen were the r series interchangeable weights. I'd love to see a link for what you're referring to if you ever come across it again.

Search for seller dct_golf on eBay they have the full kit (wrench + 5 weights) or you can search rbz stage 2 weights and you will find others as well.
