Hitting some Persimmon and an older 4 iron. All stock.

Picked up some old stuff around town today, figured I'd hit it and get a shot of myself hitting what will always be my favorite feeling clubs. WOOD.

 

I'm not being 100% serious so my fingers are not taped and I'm wearing sandals, but that changes my swing very little. Probably about 85% here.

Bristol Tour Model(Graphite face insert) 3wood and 5wood with True Temper Bristol TTlite Stiff Shafts. Actually really really liked both of these.

MacGregor Jack Nicklaus Premiere model 275 #4 Iron.

This is the Bristol 3 wood and one hit of the 4 iron the First shot is a nice tight draw followed by a fade. Self explanatory.

3wood averaged 255, after my second shot the gentleman in the stall two over was asking if I was hitting Persimmon so I walk off camera for a sec.

Bristol 5 wood. Same 4 iron as before. I announce the shot type in video before I hit it on the 5wood. The 4iron hits a nice fade every time. 5wood Averaged 235.

The first video, that 3wood is one of the best I've hit in YEARS. Almost fell in love with some Wood.

When you've been hitting them for 25 years, you can do it barefoot on gravel. Honestly the only time I wear shoes is Golfing, I wear Adidas Sandals 99% of the time, they make my feet feel amazing.
