Has anyone deal with Proshop Japan?

I bought an item from Proshop Japan on ebay, here's the link:

Paid the item on last Monday, they told me they will ship the item on Wednesday. Then I sent a message asking about the tracking number, they never replied back. So until now I never knew if the item has been shipped or not.

 

Has anyone deal with Proshop Japan on ebay? How was the experience?

Ive ordered a few things from them when TSG didnt have the item. Never had a problem. Got the tracking info and shipment ontime the three times Ive dealt with them.

Got this ebay message from Proshop Japan today:
"We are extremely sorry for the delay.

The product is being shipped this afternoon. It should take 2-5 days to get delivered to your place.
Your tracking information will be updated shortly.

We apologize for the delay & appreciate your business."


They are one week late for the shipping (I Ordered the item on August 19th), plus I haven't got the tracking number until now. Why are they not inform me with the tracking number? That's suspicious.

I'm worried because I ordered an expensive item (about $900 in value). And they look like they are trying to cheat me with this order.

Bought from them and had stuff shipped to the UK a few times, took its time as I thought it would.

Looks like no one had an issue, they have communicated with you, they are in a different time zone and different country.

You say that you have the tracking number and then you say they havnt informed you of the tracking number?

4k+ feedback and lots of great gear. If your that worried then cancel the order via PP, depending on what you have ordered may mean that tbey have had to order something!

Unfrortunately buying off ebay means you have to wait a bit. And buying from abroad can have its delays! (Sometimes!)

Yeah I understand what you said you have to wait when buying from Japan.

The problem is when I asked this seller about the Shipping Tracking Number, they never provided me with the Tracking number. That's suspicious....

id say u r just overly anxious. sev of the jdm retailers that are willing to sell/ship overseas take a while to respond... over a week isnt uncommon. although 1k is a big single purchase for any one of us... its not a make or break for them. pressing/mass emailing wont help.

I have been dealing on ebay since 2002. Most of the sellers are US based. But some are from UK. Most of them took only 2 days to reply messages. The longer the reply means they don't want to deal with you.

This Proshop Japan, took 1 week to reply my message answering about the item has been shipped or not. And they haven't provided me with a tracking number since then (I paid on August 19th). So it's been one and half week that this Seller has not responded me with the tracking number. It seems they don't have the item to sell. Of course I'm anxious about this...

i hear ya... just got an order and it was 3wks from payment to ship, then a week til it got to my it was cut open & retaped, im thinking customs took a look, swung it a few times, didnt know the brand so decided not to swipe it, lol. i worry about theft each time

but i emailed around 2.5wks into the wait, never got a response... tho they did give me tracking when it shipped.

i dunno, they dont seem to use jit anymore... lol. this has happened from a couple of em... im using rakuten a lot.

cut em some slack is all... they did respond, however slow or incomplete. all my gear came, sure yours will too.

I ordered on August 19th. The seller responded within a day but never provided with the tracking number.

So that date was a holiday? How long is the holiday?
