Not happy with Kewltubes custom headcovers.....

Bad service....

Over three weeks ago I contacted the company about doing a headcover for my company, I was told no problem you will get them in two weeks, three weeks later no headcovers and a refund from paypal. I ordered these for a sales conference. Was totally let down and wont do business again....

By reading your post I am having a hard time figuring if you got a refund or not....so did you?

 

Also, how was the service bad? No communication? What?

 

Details would be better than just saying totally let down and that you wont do business with them again.

 

You also might want to talk to Diane about this since they are a member of this site. She has been very responsive with any questions I ask so maybe you should talk to her before you bash them.

um did you not read my post....she said two weeks, three weeks later I call her and she says oh i couldnt do your logo, would have been nice to know 2 weeks ago. Yes she is in the process of giving me a refund but a phone call would have been nice.....

I am not annoyed with anything. I just simply wanted to make sure I understood his post correctly. It was a little confusing as I wasn't sure if he had gotten a refund or not. Then he asked if I read it to which I replied accordingly.

 

I do think we need to hear the other side of the story though, because as it was said there is always another side. If we don't hear the other side then we can only assume what we have heard already.

 

But annoyed I am not...

He has a legit beef but since she is a sponsor she should be given a chance to give her side. Atleast that's what they would want me to say. (cool)

I agree with Jer- It definitely seems like he has a valid beef. Some of the responses have worse punctuation and capitalization than the OP.

 

I never said he didn't have a valid issue to deal with. I think he does, but I still agree to the fact that a sponsor here deserves a chance to tell their side.

 

I also checked my spelling and commas so the punctuation should be good as it was in my other posts. I never said he had bad punctuation nor did anyone else. I was just trying to make sure I understood him correctly. Thanks.

If she was sick, if someone died I completely understand but someone should have called me. I own my own business and was giving these away as a gift at the sales meeting. All I was saying is that I had a bad expiernce!!!! Im not trying to cause problems, im sorry for sharing what happened to me, I thought this was a site we could speak are mind!!!!!

No one said you couldn't speak your mind or tell us you had a bad experience. It happens as we all know. The only thing is I had a hard time understanding you first post. I asked a question to clarify.

 

It was also said that since they are a sponsor here that we should hear their side and I agree we should. We should know if it was just an honest mistake that happened or if this is something that is going to continue to happen.

Of course you can speak your mind (I do) but in this case shouldn't both sides be given a chance to state their claim? I agree you have a beef but I would still like to know why she didn't accomplish what she was paid to do.

 

I remember an old cliche, there are 3 sides to every story, yours, mine, and the truth.

2) The first post was incomplete, almost inferring that no communication had taken place.

3) No throats were jumped, virtual or otherwise. Clarification was asked for and provided.

im not taking any sides but i understood exactly what he was talking about. if i put money up front and was told it would take a certain amount of time i would expect it in that amount of time. reguardless if there was any communication, if they promise something they shouldnt have had any excuses. thats just the way i feel.
