Swing Trainer for Vertical Head Movement

Hogan9Hogan9 Members Posts: 51 ✭✭
I'm struggling with vertical head movement (up and down) on my take-away. I saw a training aid somewhere that clips onto one's hat that trains the player to keep the head level. You look through the two eye holes at the ball and if you move the view of the ball is obscured.

Does anyone know where I might be able to buy one of these aids.

(By the way, I've seen and heard the hook and noose joke countless times.)

There are several different ones that do this, but can't think of the names off top of my head. Google it you will find several. Prohead trainer is one.

One caution is to not restrict head movement all the way thru the swing. Head should start coming up

There's nothing wrong with the head bobbing up and down in the swing if its a natural movement synched up with pivot and arm motion while in balance and without any strain (many pros heads move up and down).
