Denver Junior Golf

Anyone in here from Denver or surrounding areas? My daughter is starting to get more into golf and I would love to speak to someone about their experiences, leagues, instructors, etc.

I have 3 girls 8-12, and the interest levels have been all over the map. We make sure to provide the opportunity, but they have to decide to participate or not. The only thing we demand from them is full participation, once you start you finish and you give a full honest effort 100% of the time. Last year my middle daughter stepped away entirely for other interest and didn't pick up a club all year, but this year surprisingly after a family trip to the range and a 9 hole par 3 round, she is the one with greatest desire to play. A year ago, my now 12 year old could not get enough time at the practice facility or on the course, however this year with school interest its been a slow start and she has just started picking up her clubs. My youngest is always wanting to compete at something, with golf she has been all in from day one.

We live in a Denver Suburb, however youth Golf in the Denver Metro has continued to grow. We have done the First Tee in the past and got introduced to the PGA Junior League Golf last year. The Link below is a course south of Denver, that is the home course and owned by Denver University Pioneers. The instruction has been good for us so far and they offer a wide range of options for different age groups, skill levels and the Junior League at the course is just getting underway for the summer.

We have had very limited exposure to Junior tournaments booth of my older daughters played just one in 2017 both played better than expected, but declined to play last year.
