A question for the Callaway users, what current ball is most similar to the Hex Chrome from the pre Chrome Soft days? I played a sleeve I forgot I had recently and liked the ball other than one of them produced some really offline shots.

I actually searched for some of z stars online after posting, cheap if you dont mind older model. I know they are 3 piece but not sure if the 2019 versions are the same or if they upgraded.

I found some in yellow, prior generation for 27$ at thinking of ordering a dozen or three.

The original hex chrome was my favorite ball ever. Covers were not super durable with never wedges but golly did the ever feel good.

I used to order these from LGB but that was maybe 5 years ago. I thought i remember seeing that the quality from LGB has declined the past few years. Is that still the case? I loved the Hex Chromes and hated that they turned into the Chrome+ balls which were totally different.

I found one of these playing Sunday. Wow. Loved it for 5 holes until I sliced my drive into the woods. I came home to search for this ball. Lol
