Arizona State PGM Program: Looking for insight on their program

I have tried a few threads on potential career path for me. Every time I mention trade schools ( I.e. Golf Academy of America or Professional Golfers career College [PGCC]), I get hammered with suggestions of PGM programs and PGA apprentice programs, so now you get your chance for PGM's

I am considering ASU's PGM program and I am looking for anyone who been through it, or is currently going through it, to help me with it program.

I know the basics 4.5 years with 16 months of internships and a BS in Agribusiness and on the Polytech campus.

I am more concerned with the golf side of the house. Facilities, classes, and playing time? How does it work ?

Facilities are good. min of 5 tournies a semester and what ever else you can afford/brave the summer heat

im at campbells pgm university, and im gonna go ahead nd say its one of the best. the weather isnt asnice as asu, but check it out. our instructors are AMAZING, and you get a lot of sweet hookups.

Man can this site be frustrating... I mean no disrespect to you "dat dude" but at this point and time i was looking for specific on Arizona State's program. I have no doubt that your school has a good program, but I wasnt looking for information on it.

There are a lot of variables in play and that is why I specifically asked about ASU's program. Again I appreciated the feedback, just looking to stay on task of the subject

last time I heard, ASU PGM is not taking any new students. When the current students graduate, the ASU PGM will be closed. That's like year old news but there might be some changes recently. You might want to dig deeper.

We have over 80 students coming next semester, were still going strong.

yea I remember getting a call from Mr.Black at ASU saying something about how they aren't taking new students the next year...but seems it got fixed

Someone care to share what happened?

asu's pgm program has a lot of kids in it. one of the sweet things is that it does have a range and pro shop on campus. i havent heard too many good things about course access though.
