Can one compare this driver to any good Taylormade like the Superfast and the Super tri or any good Callaway driver? Or is this just a long club but not conssistant..

I recently moved from Callaway FT5 Tour to TEE CB3 Tour after custom fitting at Hot Stix. I was looking for a combination that brought the ball fight down and tighten up dispersion. I have played 8-10 rounds with the new driver and really happy with the results. Ball flight is down and head/shaft combo is a cannon vs. my old set up with tended to balloon.

excellent driver, hits a bit high for me but spin is excellent.

This driver is a dream come true for me. Ever since I first hit and immediately started playing the CB2 Fairway woods (around 2005) I have yearned for a driver that would set up and perform the same way. The CB3 Tour Driver does this with a passion. The only way I can accurately describe it is it reminds me of a pissed-off 983K. Like all TEE drivers it offers a pretty hot face but this is Mr. Glod's first offering in a less than 460cc head in the Exotics line and in my opinion, his best driver offering to date. It is very workable, forgiving, and everything else you can ask for in a driver. I selected the 9* in X and have no complaints. But I can see me with a reshaft in the future with either a Motore Speeder, 757, or Whiteboard. I'll just have to check the trackman numbers and see. As far as comparisons go, I just put a R9 460 in the bag with a Motore Speeder 7.1. I thought I'd found my driver nirvana until the CB3 came along.................and so it goes. The CB3 will be in the bag @ 9:00 in the morning. If you play or have played a CB2 and think you'd want a driver that acts the same way, well it's here now.
