Golf Trip Live Scoring App or software

Haven't seen any turnkey apps like this, but would be pretty easy to set up a live Google spreadsheet, that way anyone can see/update regardless of mobile platform. Can also check out [url="http://www.golftripgenius.com/"]http://www.golftripgenius.com[/url], though not sure about mobile access.

Awesome to hear I'm not the only one that would love this.

I built a basic iPhone/android web app to manage this for our group a couple years ago, but never built a proper backend or app to run it outside our speciality.

Perhaps it's time to look at that again.

I've been looking for the same thing and looked at several (leaderboardapp.com was the closest, but doesn't seem to work well with Android) and just discovered scrolf.com, as well. I haven't used it in our 2-day scramble yet, but it looks like it will work well. Nothing to download or sign up for (other than the organizer) and it can handle multi-round tournaments. Wives and families at home can even follow the leaderboard online.

Gamebook keeps crashing on my Iphone. Has anyone done a recent test of the apps (scrolf, vpar, gamebook, status4, etc.) and figured out which one is the best for keeping a live leaderboard for multiple foursomes?

I've got Golf Game Book set up for a multi-round event this weekend with different types of games across the rounds. It'll be my first time using it with live action, but I did test it by setting up a couple fake rounds and running through the scoring on my iPhone. golfgameskeeper: The league I play in uses it every week to run the scoring. It has a live leaderboard, tracks your bets/sidegames, skins.

Thread is probably closed, but I've used Scrolf for a 2-day scramble tournament and it works great. No app to download and it even works on iPhones. Next year will use it for a Ryder-Cup type match (36 holes over two days made up of 4 9-hole matches) along with individual net. Scrolf can handle all that along with skins, and more. Costs just $1/player/round.
