Build your ultimate putter collection

So, I was thinking about this a couple weeks ago and thought I would see what the putter 'experts' :tongue: think.

Here's the deal...I want to know how you would build a putter collection based on the following criteria. Not necessarily wall hangers but gamers....meaning I would rather see stainless steel version vs. gold plated.

1. Pick your 1st, 2nd, 3rd choice for each style of putter.
2. You can add or combine styles if you would like but I'll add a sample list below of some that I thought of.
3. For your 1st choices, you can only use each putter company once....don't forget the little guys.
4. You can also split into groups -OTR/Mid Range Custom, Expensive/Tour.

Here's an example -

Anser - 1. Ping Redwood Anser 2. Byron 007 3. Mills 1310 tradition

Some other 'styles' - blade/8802, Coronado/Mills One, Zing/laguna, ansers, mid mallets (piper, fastback, etc.), cavity back blade like Betti BEM or softtail, etc. Feel free to split it out however you would like...combine groups, add groups...whatever. But at the end I would like you to do the same thing for only 3 groups - Blade, Heel/Toe, Mid Mallet.

Also, you can put mallets (craz-E, spider) on here but I'm not sure what I would do with that. :russian_roulette:
The only other thing is that I wouldn't mind seeing the majority of these with plumbers necks or slant necks.....no neck, double bends, and flow necks don't really fit me too well....and sitelines are better than dots/naked. But don't let that influence your choices. :rolleyes:

Are you thinking based strictly on looks or what we'd actually game? It would definitely change my list. Some putters look awesome, but I hate how they feel...some putters I love how they feel, but am not a big fan of the looks.

I would go with what you think is best....and gaming them would be important. Best to me is mostly performance but I would also want it to look pretty nice. But, since I'm sure that a lot of people haven't used most of the putters out there, they would have to base it on what looks like it would be best.....if that makes sense.
