Where to start?

My swing produces low fades. Block right and couple of snap hooks a round are my miss. My impact has a tendency to drift out to the toe and I have trouble getting it back to center. My swing is flat, my right foot gets wild, and after seeing my wedge swing on video I have a terrible Chicken wing. I need to pick the most fundamental flaw in my swing and work on it this winter. Except for comments on my socks all ideas are welcome.

I’m working on correcting an inside takeaway this winter too... I believe that if i can take the club back properly, my other issues will resolve themselves, so IMHO I’d say work on takeaway. Currently I’m trying to groove the feeling of the club face facing the ball as long as possible on the backswing, it seems to be helping a lot. Maybe try that? Hope this helps.

First I'd suggest using some sunscreen!

Looks like you've got a nice swing with a good turn and solid impact. I think for you, getting your takeaway more vertical will help with your swing. Your takeaway starts off with the hands moving out and back and then you quickly bring them along your belt line and get very flat and on the inside. If you can work to get that takeaway a little more vertical while keeping your tempo and turn then you will be on a great path to more consistent contact.
