Hello fellow members! Obviously I'm new to the site. My name is Sam, 23. I've played golf occasionally since I was probably 16. But I have just recently (this past fall) actually gotten into getting better. I've played hockey for 9 years so the transition wasn't very difficult honestly. I'm always trying to get better and looking for tips and ways I can improve my game as it is something I really enjoy! Low and behold that's why I'm here, and why you're here right? Haha

As far as numbers go, my normal round I'd say would be the mid to high 80's. My Swing speed on my driver is about 115-120, and yes that is my most confident club in my bag, I hit the fairway pretty often. So far so good right? Eh, not so much My short game, specifically my short irons and wedges are what kill my score. Within 160 yds of the green I rival the divot patterns an adult sized badger would be accused of. Fat. thin and even the okay ones with no legs, (sounds like a Tuesday night at your bottom of the barrel gentlemens club) So i'd love to try and fix that okay? Okay.

Now onto my equipment,

Adams- Redline Driver w/ Adilla stuff shaft 9.5

Adams- tight lies 3,5 wood.

Taylormade- Rocketbladez irons 4-G

Cleveland- RTX 588 wedges 56/60

Some weird blue putter that I really like.

I have just recently started buying clubs and so far I'm very happy with the ones I have purchased.
