Dynamic Gold XP/Dynalite Gold XP Combo

I am about ready to replace the kbs tour 90s (r flex) in my cb3s. I am considering these shafts. as follows:

 

4 thru 6 irons - the Dynalite Gold xp

 

7 thru gap - the Dynamic Gold xp

 

 

All in r flex. From what I read, the Dynamic Gold xp has a lower launch than the Dynalite Gold xp. These shafts are about the same weight. Note I tend to hit the ball too low with the distance irons. Just curious of anyone else out there has tried this combo? Other thoughts about other combos would also be appreciated.

I've had good luck with the dynalite gold xp. They were mizuno pulls and were 4-pw. I tried a couple different shafts in the 3 iron, the dynamic gold sl, the dynalite gold xp and the dynalite golds sl and settled in on dynalite gold sl which was lighter and a bit softer. I get reasonable trajectory on all including the short irons. It is certainly easier to hit them high which I like 90% of the time. I don't have much trouble flighting them down some.

I'm not sure you will need to have a mixed set. Higher seems to be better for the most part, unless you produce a lot of spin. I wouldn't shy away from getting the dynalite gold xp, which might as well be a set of pulls. Only the dynamic gold sl seems to be in the current true temper catalog.

Thanks for the response. The dynalite xp is hard to find new at a reasonable price. Need .370 parallel.

Rather than creating your own flighted set, you could try the newer DG Pro shaft. It seems to have a similar concept of what you're alluding to in your post, and at a similar weight point.

Thanks, I saw this item but kinda of concerned about pulled shafts? Should I be? If not, are there any specific questions I should ask this ebay seller?
