Thanks! I have been browsing this forum for a while but never registered. I don't see that many Maruman stuff on this forum therefore would like to share with you all. I also have other JDM stuff in the bag but others have already posted.

Several of my friends are huge Maruman fans and they have several sets of Maruman clubs, both men and ladies. I got to try the Majesty Royal VQ when I visited them and felt in love with it right away. The price is a little bit steep, I have been thinking for months if I should get it. I even demoed the new Big Bertha, BB Alpha, DSLR before getting it. Now I am glad I did. I tried it at driving range and played on course yesterday. The ball distance is on average 15-20 yds further than TM R7 Limited that I've been using (also 9.5 loft, stiff shaft, 45" long) and less spin (from observation on range and on course). The shaft is obviously softer than USDM equivalent. The head is pretty light which some of you may not like it. Also the sound of ball contact, it's very loud and crisp, kind of like throwing the glass bottle at the concrete floor. When I hit the first shot at the range, people turned around to look. I like the sound but not the head turning part.

So far I am very satisfied with this driver.

Thanks! After playing more over the weekend. I am thinking to add a Majesty Royal 3 wood. But it seems expensive without able to demo it.
