Best Places to get a Deal in Florida (Sarasota/Fort Myers area)

Going to be taking a trip down to Florida this week for vacation and would like to look around and see what kind of deals I can find, being its snowtundra in Minnesota this time of year and Florida is pretty much golf central.

 

What stores do you Floridians tend to frequent in your search? Don't have any of the Edwin Watts / PGA superstores up here, and the Goodwills/Thrift shops are pretty bone dry this time of year. Are any of the small "mom and pop" golf shops better than the superstores?

 

Downside is I may have to make a shipment home haha but a ho through and through doesn't mind it in the end.

Not much selection for mom and pop stores in Bradenton. Golfsmith and Edwin Watts in Sarasota buy beware mostly high lofted senior and regular flex stuff in used sections.

Popped into the Golfsmith in Sarasota (beautiful store by the way) and scored a 913 D3 9.5 with a diamana d+ stiff that is about 8.5/10 for $92. Really happy with that....hit 6/7 fairways in 9 holes!

There are two places in Sarasota that are amazing stores if you're looking for buried treasure. Steve's Golf has only used stuff, mostly older on and all on consignment. .Pinecraft Golf is loaded with used clubs, recent and older, as well as collectibles.

the pga ss we have is in naples. lumpys is pretty good 90% of the time.
