4th needed for a scramble

Our annual UH College of Pharmacy scholarship tournament is Monday morning at Augusta Pines and our 4th player can't make it. Here's the catch - its $150 a man to play (it has not been paid for, or else it would be free for the taking). I know its short notice, but if anyone is available and willing to pay the $$, please PM or email me ASAP. I'll reply with the details of how and where to sign up. We have a good team with a good chance to win again this year, so you may get a pro shop GC and some door prizes out of it all. The fair market value is $93 for tax purposes, if that plays into any decision. Thanks.

Well, we started off 3 under after 2 holes and I thought it was going to be ours for the taking and we'd shoot 20 under. We finished 10 under :D . It was that kind of day. Couldn't hit it within 20 feet with a wedge all day long and didn't make anything on the greens. We had a good time but man, we sucked yesterday. The course was in good shape and they are really starting to narrow the fairways in preparation for the Champions Tour event. There were a few holes that looked like literally half of the FW will be taken away based on the mowing lines they were using. Greens rolled great as always and I think we were above the hole on every single green where the hole was just on the edge of a ridge or knob. Better yet, when we did hit our approach within 15 feet, it seemed like we were left with sidehill-downhill putts with 5 feet of break. On 9, I lined up almost 90 to the hole (from 10 or 12 feet) and had I not blown my fingers off it may have had a chance to go in.

Had a good day, though and thankfully the weather held out for us. We'll be back next year.
