Krank Golf

I am looking for some information on Krank golf's new Formula 5 & 6 drivers. I'm by no means a big hitter but looking to get into the long ball. 120-125mph ss when I try to go after it but I'm all over the map. Has anyone tried these extensively? Understand there's no adjustability but how is the forgiveness? Any info is appreciated.

From my understanding the krank 6.5 is adjustable

I believe GolfWRX or GolfSpy had done a review on the Krank F5 driver. Apparently, the higher swing speed players did really well with it in terms of distance and the dispersion was surprising. In regards to forgiveness, I'm not entirely sure.

Side note: Did I just read you aren't a big hitter yet have a SS of 120-125? :telephone:

Maybe the OP is confusing SS with PSI ;)

I have hit krank for the last 3 years,,,there was a Driver test I believe on golf spy and it was not one of the top performers. The reason for this if I can remember is that the ball speed rating was done with a lower swing speed around 110 which is average,,This head was developed forged with beta-ti hard face ,to be durable but forgiving at higher 120+ SS, the full MOI cant be realized at a lower SS. They do have playing models at higher lofts and assume not as hard forging,,but to get the most of this head you need to go at it. I usally hit a draw with a 8.5* Ping anser ,but with the Krank they just go straight which isn't a bad thing. Dude I swing at 128-132 mph tops with a 48" for LD events senior ,,,if your at 125 you need to give a krank a try,,the F6 and F6.5 are the same except the 6.5 is adjustable 2*up 1*down from std.

I am pretty sure the reason why the GolfSpy deal didn't work out well was cause they were sent stiffer shafts and lower torque rating with higher kick shafts rather than much softer shafts like they should have told them to. From what I got from Krank employee. Just my two cents
