Omaha Public Golf Course Suggestions?

I am headed in to Omaha next week and have some time on my hands Monday afternoon. I am looking for suggestions on what Public courses are in this area and are fun tracks to play along with very good conditioned course.

 

I am an 8 hdcp. and love to bring the clubs on the raod and get out and play.

Indian creek and Quarry oaks won't leave you disappointed

I would definitely look at Johnny Goodman Golf Course. Its a muni, but they have it in immaculate conditions and it plays 6800 yds from the back. Other public and nicer courses include Indian Creek and Tiburon, both of which are 27 hole tracks.

Indian Creek and Tiburon are definitely my favorite courses. Both of them are quite a ways from downtown Omaha Though.

Played Quarry Oaks last week. Was in really nice condition.+1 on the Goodman tract. Have played it several times.

Quarry is the best around. Iron Horse and Woodland Hills are nice, but not as good as Quarry. Around Omaha, Indian Creek, Tiburon, Bent Tree, Willow Lakes, Goodman, and Pacific Springs are courses I enjoy playing that are cheaper

Not a fan of Indian Creek, Tiburon or some of the other generic housing development courses
