Nikon Debuts Vibration Reduction Laser Rangefinder

Have always wanted a range finder and tried several of my golfing buddies various models. But could never get a lock proficiently with my shaky hands. I will be interested in trying this. Thanks for the heads up.

I just bought this... The slope version. Will test and review when I can.

Tried these today. These units are superior in many ways. Most importantly, the VR tech works. Really "locks" on to the target. The display is crystal clear (expected coming from nikon) and the crosshair/ lettering are pronounced.

 

I also really like the size of the unit. It is much fatter than other units I've tried or used. You can also tell that it is waterproof.

 

 

It's about time someone one ups Bushnell.

As someone who has never bought or used a rangefinder I decided to get this one after looking at others... Full review to come but basically this thing is pretty cool. VR works great. Easy to point and shoot. Great construction and waterproof. I had a weird magnification issue but will read manual to see if I was just doing it incorrectly.
