What's causing my Early Extension? Excessive Slide in DS?

Trying to work out what's causing my early extension. I tend to come out of posture and really use my hands to manipulate the clubface and flip through impact. I feel like I stall out and can't rotate through the shot. Misses are duck hooks and blocks. Does it look like an excessive slide to start the downswing could be the cause or something else?

As you can see this is my first post, I am not an instructor, or a great golfer by any meansso you may want to take my thoughts with a grain.

 

First off you have a pretty good looking swing and I think you have self diagnosed your issue. To me it appears you are sliding your hips too much forward in the downswing which isnt allowing you to clear your hips. Look at the attached FO photos and how far you have bumped your hip compared to Tiger and Lydia Ko. The DTL view you have your hips square or maybe very slightly open and your shoulders maybe even closed. Tiger DTL his hips are open (I believe ~45 degrees is typical) and shoulders over the ball slightly open.

I like how he teaches clearing the hips. There are plenty of other good free tips/drills out there in clearing the hips that may help.
