Mizuno MX-23 successor?

Anyone knows if MX-23 successor will be released?

I'm thinking if I should buy MX-23 now or wait till next spring.

Please advise.

I don't think the mx-23's will be phased out for a while. If there were being replaced right now the new model probably would have been introduced with the mx-900's and the mp-60's.

If you want more forgiveness than the 23's look at the mx-900's. If you want a new set for next season then I would get the 23's now. If you can wait another year there may or may not be a new model replacing the 23's.

Thanks for your advise.

Yeah, I already hit MX-900, but I did not like it since it looks too bulky.

I think I will go and get MX-23 for the next season.

You'll have a hard time finding yourself a better forged & forgiving set of irons than the Mx-23. My guess is that the Mx-23 won't be outphased this season (2006), but maybe next season (2007)

If Mizuno had any plans to release a succesor to the Mx-23 they would have done by now - but they only had Mx-900 and Mp-60 among the newcomers for the next season 2006.

So go get yourself this really excellent set of forged irons from Mizuno - you simply can't find any other iron that has the same combination of forged, forgiving and fantastic :tongue:
