How do you like the stability shaft?

I like them both, I have noticed a difference in my mid range and longer putts, in terms of accuracy. I have been on Quintic a couple of times and all my numbers have improved when using the stability shafts compared to a steel shaft. With that said, my putts per round have only dropped by 1 putt on a average, I have spent the winter practicing putting and the real test will be once I get back to playing a 2-3 times a week as the weather improves and greens at the club I belong to. I have the shaft in all of my putters.

What's the weight of the Bettinardi Invoai? I think there's a number stamped on the bottom of the clubhead, would also like to know the actual weight as it currently sits. Any counterweight?

No Counterweight, but you could add counterweight, as I have one with a counterweight. It looks like the weight is stamped as 358g
