Callaway Mavrik trolleybag 15 way not 15 way

Ok, just received my callaway mavrik staff trolley bag. Everywhere says that this bag is 15 way, even the tag on the bag describes it as15 way, however there are only 14 sections and that's including the putter well. Can anyone share any light on this or am I being stupid.

Just checked both Callaway’s USA site and European sites. There’s no 15 way bag listed on either. There’s a Mavrik 14 way cart bag but no 15. Maybe post a couple more pics of the bag and tag.

Here are some more pictures, states 15 way on tag. In addition it also states a velour lines valuables pocket...…..doesn't have one

Maybe it means umbrella holder. If it doesn’t meet your standards just return it.

I guess I'm confused, if you can only play with 14 clubs why would a bag even advertise 15 openings

probably a typo, im more confused why someone would want one and be so hung up on it not having 15 organizers lol I dont know what you would need it for

               The 14 way top was a very late correction to this bag and as such the tags were not updated. This is our error and we apologise. I have escalated this already to our product team and website team.

 

               My product manager explained that;

 

‘’ the bag has the 2020 ORG 14 top that is better for a trolley bag vs old ORG 15 top with 15-way grab handle getting in way of wedges.’’

 

               Please have no hesitation in returning this bag to your retailer based on your query and we will accommodate the return should you need.
