Question for CLASS A PGA PROFESSIONALS

Regarding the PGA Merchandise Show

I have a question for the CLASS A PGA PROFESSIONALS...........

Last year, I worked with a CLASS A PROFESSIONAL, and saw a letter he received that was an invitation to the PGA MERCHANDICE SHOW. In the letter, it specified that he could have 5 guests that would be allowed admission to the show.
I am working with a different CLASS A PRO this year, and he is not sure because he has not yet gone down to the show. My question is, if the PRO does not go down, is he able to send the guests down to the show to be admitted? I am planning on being in the area during the show, but the PRO won't be able to go. He is more than willing to send me down there, but he is not sure what he needs to do.
Before he calls the PGA next week, I was hoping someone could help me out so I can book my flight today................

The answer is YES. All he has to do is submit the names to the PGA and the admit badges will be available at will call. If you have any problems, let me know and I'll get you the badges.

just let me know by Christmas so I can get you submitted because after the holidays, I won't have any time due to the efforts and time it takes getting our booth ready for the show.

Whats the date of the show this year??? its my dream to go to it. I have a tourney n florida in January so i want to find out what the dates are so maybe i can ask my swing coach to get me a badge.

The show is always the last Wed thru the last Sun of Jan.
