Golf Bag Customer Service and Durability

I am in the market for a new golf bag in 2021. I have always leaned PING here, as their customer service is top notch. 

 

However, I am looking into Titleist, Jones, Vessel and Stitch. I carry a lot, so durable legs and material are important, as well as keeping it light.

 

But how is the customer service and durability with these other bag companies? Any one have problems? My worry is with a non OEM bag they will not replace or fix issues like PING. I have also heard of issues with Titleist zippers on their bags breaking very easily. I just want something reliable and if a bag does become unreliable, are they going to be good about helping me out as long as repair/fixing is warranted.

Have a Jones original. The one strap had issues at the seam and tore a week after I got it. I called their customer service and after looking up my order they sent out a brand new strap that Sunday. I got it the next Wednesday. They didn’t ask for proof or squabble at all with me, just ordered a new one on the spot. They said it was a previous manufacturing defect that they now fixed.  The customer service was great and would recommend.

Jones is top notch from a customer service standpoint. I have their Players Series, Rover, and OG Utility Stand bag. I was PING only before that. If you walk most of the time, the Rover is hands down the best quality, design, and functional bag I've ever owned. It doesn't have legs, but I find that I don't miss them unless the ground is muddy. I have seen the Trooper in person and it's equal, if not better, quality than the Rover. 

 

The Jones straps are the best in the business. The original is super plush, and the Trooper straps (I bought a set for my Rover) feel more modern than the original, but are just as comfortable without being as thick.

The isn’t a bag on the market that can compete with the Hoofer when it comes to durability over the past 25+years (except that brief period that they went away from canvas in an attempt to go lighter).  

It’s only drawback is that some consider the design dated.

 

The Jones fade fast, imo.

 

I dig the Titleist Linksmaster for style/balance, they have sent out new replacements for minor warranty issues.
