I received my Bellum Winmore last week and after some carpet putting it made its debut over the weekend.   Great feeling putter that in my opinion puts a great roll on the ball.  I need to post some more pictures outside to show off the colors from torching;  depending on the light if can be be anywhere from blue to a brown/copper color.  I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one.

Post pics when you can. I’d like to see more of your putter’s torch. Also, check out this recent build that Tim showed me. Is it just me, or does this putter remind you of Vader’s TIE fighter? This thing is just wicked. Man, it’s just cool to see functional art come alive.

I used the 787 below on the course today. After rolling this thing indoors for a while, I was a little skeptical because I always felt like the sound/feel wasn’t quite as good as some of my other flat sticks. Boy was I wrong. This thing is a totally different monster on the course. It’s way more forgiving than I expected, sounds much better outside, and is easier to aim than I thought it would be. I drained some really long putts with it today that I normally wouldn’t make. I made a 7-footer to save a double bogey (I know...I suck) on Hole 1 that kick started the rest of the round...and I am 100% sure I badly mishit that putt and it still went straight. 
 

Maybe it’s the flat cat solution grip, the Wizard cover, or something, but man did I roll it good today. It could just be the honeymoon period, but this will stay in the bag until it fails me...then I’ll switch to one of the other models I have.
 

All in all, I am impressed with this model (and the 707i that I’ve used for a few rounds) from a forgiveness and sound/feel standpoint on the course. These BW putters are really nice and reasonably-priced.

Hmmmm. I would guess we’re looking at two “face-on” “snapshots” of a ball rolling into a hole, which is shaped like a “W”? What does everyone else think it looks like?...besides the ice cream scoops. We’ve already heard that one. I doubt Tim was going for the ice cream scoops angle, but you never know.

Here you go. Golf Gods is running a special right now so you can pick yourself up a BCC cover. Or a “C&H”cover is also available, but not sure how appropriate that one is...that one’s a little aggressive for a leisurely round at your local municipal course.

Pictures don't really do it justice, but here are a few in different lighting conditions that will show you that it can be blue in one light and brownish in another.  Amazing how different it can look with different amounts/brightness of light.

Very happy;  I have found it works well in that 7-12 foot range which is where I needed some help.  Could have a little more ball speed off the putter but still good.   I put a basic superstroke 2.0 on the putter.

I was looking at different putter shafts last night. I came across the KBS one-step shaft. That shaft only comes in .370 tip, which is what the BW putters use. I may have a gloss black one installed on the Donny or the 787. I was thinking that it may only look good with the Donny’s flow neck. Here are some address pics below. This also gives you an idea of the head size difference between these two pieces.

I didn't realize the Donny doesn't have any offset at all.  Almost like the old school blade us grey-beards grew up on!

I took it out last night for a quick 18 (in under 3 hours 😉) and it flat out performed.  I haven't played a putter head less than 355 grams in a loooooooong time, and this one weighs in at 340 grams.  Not only did I not have any 3 putts, I didn't have a single 2nd putt longer than 18".  My irons and wedges weren't doing me any favors, so it was still 31 putts, but I never broke a sweat on the putting green.  Shot my all-time personal best 76.

This is unreal. Stuff like this never happens using a putter for the first time. Way to go!
 

I conveniently just started a new similar build with Tim with some extra bells and whistles. I don’t really need another BW, but I wanted another special one. Now I’m very excited for this build. I’ll share pics of the build as it progresses. Stay tuned.

I really like the hand softened 707i and 787 models I own. I already have two different 707i pieces (one hand-softened and one not hand-softened) and only one 787 piece, so I decided to have Tim make me a galactic square grind 787 that weighs close to my hand softened 707i head weight of ~340 grams. After hearing about @sm_watts success with his square grind 787 piece, I am now really excited for this build. Follow along if you want. Here’s the start.

Got some more pics from Tim...here’s the weight coming off while developing the wings. It looks like 6 grams came off after squaring the rear of the wings parallel to the topline. Then, another 4 grams came off after finishing the angular part of the wings. It still looks balanced in the last pic. I’m liking how this is coming along.
 

Note: Tim decided to modify the finishing feature a little to better fit the wing so I have to wait a little while longer for that part. As soon as I see it, you will too.

Here are some more closeups of the hosel and the weight of the hand-softened square-ground piece. It’s pretty close to the target weight.
 

The galactic step is almost ready and at first glance appears to be incredible. I hope to have finished pics of that very soon.

The completed build, however, is going to take a little longer. It’s the grip I ordered a week ago...it takes time to make and it won’t ship for another week.

It’s just a leather paddle grip with a custom logo.
 

On another note, I took this out today and had a great round with a bunch of 10-ft putts drained. I don’t know what it is (grip and/or head combo?), but it’s just getting harder and harder to take this model out of the bag. Putts just roll on their intended line. I’m now excited for this custom square ground piece to be completed.

I find that mine is great in that 5-12 foot range.   I don't know if it is better ball speed or something else but I really find that my putting has improved from that distance.
